Send a short report and we will help with installation, X sign-in, Shield, recommendations, corrections, Workspace, export or deletion.
What to include
- Your Ownfeed version and Chrome version
- What you expected and what happened instead
- The approximate time the problem occurred
- A screenshot only after removing private account or post details
Keep private data out of support email
Never send an X password, Cookie value, authentication token, request header, private post, chat message or Workspace text. Ownfeed Shield fails open, so X posts remain visible if filtering is unavailable.

For analytics access or deletion, sign in to Ownfeed, open Settings → Data & privacy → Help improve Ownfeed → Access or delete analytics, and include the displayed privacy lookup reference. The reference contains no email, X username or content.
